milnermarketingagency.com is operated by Brayden Milner LLC ("Milner Marketing", "we", "us"), 627 Cape Coral Pkwy W, Suite 202, V-138, Cape Coral, FL 33914. This policy explains what we collect through this site and through the phone and text tools we run for our clients, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect on this website
When you use the "Book a call" form, we collect what you type in:
- Your name, business name, phone number and email address
- Your type of business, what you are interested in, and the optional notes and preferred call time you add
- That you ticked the box agreeing to be contacted
We also record the page you sent the form from, the time, and the country your connection comes from (as reported by our hosting provider). To stop spam, our hosting provider sees your IP address and we use it briefly to rate-limit repeat submissions; we do not store it with your booking.
This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party pixels.
Where your booking goes
- Our booking store. Your booking is saved in a private database run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers and Durable Objects). Only our team can read it.
- Our team chat. A summary of your booking (name, business, phone, email and what you asked about) is posted to a private channel in our team's Discord workspace so the right person can call you back.
- Email. A copy is emailed to the team member handling your request, sent through Amazon Web Services' email service (Amazon SES).
These companies process the data on our behalf to run the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How we use it
- To call, text or email you about your request, the way you agreed to on the form
- To prepare the plan and price we discuss with you
- To keep records of who asked us to get in touch, and to stop spam and abuse
How long we keep it
We keep form and booking data for 24 months after our last contact with you. A scheduled job then deletes it from our booking store. That schedule applies to the booking store only. The notification copies in our team tools (the team-chat post and the email copies in our inboxes) are not deleted by that job; we remove them manually, periodically and whenever you ask. If you become a client, your records are kept under your client agreement instead.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time, and we will do it within 30 days of your request. The one exception is unsubscribe, suppression and do-not-contact records: we keep those indefinitely so we can honor your opt-out and never contact you again by mistake.
Phone and text tools we run for our clients
Some of our clients use our AI phone receptionist and text follow-up. If you call or text one of those businesses, this applies:
- Who controls your data. Information collected through a client's phone line, text line or website belongs to that client. The business you contacted decides how it is used, and we process it only on their behalf and on their instructions, to answer, take your details and pass them to them.
- Calls may be recorded. When a call is recorded, the caller is told at the start of the call. Recordings and transcripts are used so the business can follow up and so we can check quality. Florida law requires everyone on a call to consent to recording, and that notice at the start of the call is how we ask.
- Texts. Texts are sent only to people who gave the business permission to text them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact the business directly.
- No sale or sharing of phone numbers. Mobile numbers and text opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
- Client data. Call recordings, transcripts and message logs from a client's lines belong to that client. We act as its processor, and this data is handled as set out in the client's service agreement.
- Service providers. We use outside providers for hosting and storage, team messaging, email delivery, phone calls and text messages, and speech-to-text and AI services. They process this data on our behalf only to provide their service. We do not sell personal information.
Emails from us
Every marketing email we send includes our postal address and a working unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we stop within 10 business days.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@milnermarketingagency.com. We act on deletion requests within 30 days.
- Reply STOP to any text from us or our client tools, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this site and limit access to bookings to our team. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if a breach affects your information as the law requires.
Children
This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
